These Terms of Service ("Terms") run a legal agreement between you ("User") and AstraDev ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the Currently mobile application (the "Service" or "App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

AstraDev grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

• You may strictly use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You may not modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the App.
• You may not use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity.

2. Service Description

Currently is a battery health monitoring utility designed to provide analytics on battery usage, charge cycles, and estimated health.

Disclaimer of Accuracy: While we strive for precision, battery health estimation is an approximation based on software algorithms and Android APIs. The data provided by Currently should not be interpreted as a certified hardware diagnostic. AstraDev is not liable for any misinterpretation of battery health data.

3. User Data & Privacy

Your privacy is paramount. Currently is designed as a "local-first" application.

• We do not store your personal usage data on our servers.
• All battery analytics are processed and stored locally on your device.
• By using the App, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AstraDev and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AstraDev, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
